FAQ – Wellington Surf Co
We will send you two emails once your order has been received. The first email will provide order confirmation and the second will let you know when we have dispatched your order from our warehouse. You will also receive a trackable courier number.
We try to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. Please add delivery time on for the courier estimated as follows: North Island 2 working days. South Island 3 working days. Rural delivery 5 working days. Please make allowances for public holidays, Christmas etc. Please note that while we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept liability for delayed delivery by a third party.
We are happy to exchange an item for the same value or more, but you will be responsible for all the related shipping costs. The items must be in their original condition. We are not obliged to give refunds unless an item is damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Refunds and Exchange policy for more details.
As long as we have not dispatched your order from our warehouse you may cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as you can and if it is possible we will refund the order amount directly to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.
