SHIPPING POLICY
The weight and destination of your purchase will determine the shipping costs.
The shipping costs and any related fees may be viewed at "CHECK OUT".
We welcome the PICK UP OPTION. Please wait for us to contact you via email for the Date, Time and Address to pick up your order.
GST (Goods and Services Taxes) at 15% is included in the price for NZ customers with a NZ delivery address.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday and once confirmation of payment has been received.
Please allow up to 2 days from date of dispatch from our warehouse for NZ addresses. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, Christmas, Easter etc. Please make allowances for this.
Whilst we only use reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery by any third party.
Wellington Surf Co will not be responsible for damage or loss of goods once received by the courier or postal service. Claims can be made against the carrier by the purchaser. Souvenir Factory Shop will not make any compensation for late delivery.
If the Courier has made numerous attempts to deliver the parcel to you, a "CARD TO CALL" was left and you have not contacted the Courier Company, and the parcel has been returned to us you will need to pay the Courier fee for it to be sent to you again.
All orders will be charged in NZ dollars at check out.
All orders are subject to availability of stock and you will be notified if we are out of stock so that we can discuss an alternative or another option.
Wellington Surf Co will not be held responsible for late delivery or lost or damaged goods once received by the courier or postal service. Claims must be made directly to the carrier by the customer. If the order was shipped via a trackable service you will be notified of the tracking number.
We carefully examine each product before it is sent to you and the order double checked by our staff. As a large percentage of our goods are handmade please note that some minor imperfections and variations are to be expected.
International Shipping
Please be aware that you are responsible for checking that any item you purchase can be lawfully imported into the country of your choice.
The recipient is responsible for paying all Customs Duty, Import Taxes and any other fees requested by the authorities of the destination country. The goods will not be returned but will be destroyed in the event that payment is not paid by the receiver.
If a parcel is returned back to us because it has been unclaimed by the receiver in the destination country we will not provide a refund. However, if the customer would like us to resend the parcel we will do so provided any additional shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please allow 5 to 12 working days for the delivery from the date of departure of your order depending on the shipping service you have chosen and the destination country. Some countries that are less serviced please allow up to 25 working days.

TAX FREE SHOPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
When a worldwide delivery and billing address is selected (outside of NZ) GST will be deducted at check out. NZ GST (Goods and Services Tax) is currently at 15% and may be subject to change.
